Please read the following terms and conditions. By booking a slot and using the field you are agreeing to the terms outlined below.
You will receive a gate code to access the field in your confirmation email. Please double check the code, as this will change each time you book. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they know the current gate code for their booking. Clients must not share the gate code with anyone else or leave the gate unlocked.
Terms and Conditions
DOG HEALTH On the day of your visit, all dogs should be healthy, fully vaccinated and be up to date with worming, flea and tick treatments.
If your dog, or any other dog from the same household shows signs of ill health, including vomiting, diarrhoea, coughing or general lethargy, you must cancel your booking. There may be other dogs using the field who have a weakened immune system.
Please ensure you have your own insurance for your dog before using the field.
SAFETY Please ensure you walk the perimeter of the field, to ensure its suitability for your dog(s) before letting them off the lead for the first time.
One handler is required to exercise 3 dogs. Two handlers may bring up to 6 dogs and three handlers may exercise up to 10 dogs. 10 dogs at any one time is our limit.
Banned breeds – provided you are following all of the current Government guidelines regarding your dog you are welcome to book the Oak Farm Dog Run.
BOOKING Bookings are non-transferable. The person who makes the booking should be present at the session. Anyone else in attendance should be made aware of the Terms and Conditions.
We reserve the right to close the field at any time. If for any reason we have to cancel your booking, you will be notified and a full refund will be given.
The field is booked for the exercising of dogs and not to be used for any other purpose.
VEHICLES & PARKING Vehicles and contents are left at the owner’s risk. You will also be using the field at your own risk. Oak Farm takes no responsibility for any incidents that occur on the property.
Do not enter the gated area until your time slot and the previous user has exited.
Remember to close the gate and secure the padlock when you leave.
Oak Farm Dog Run sits within a working farm. Please be aware that at certain times of the year there may be agricultural vehicles sharing the same entrance as dog field clients. Agricultural drivers will be courteous to other vehicles, but we ask our dog field guests to be patient with vehicles when entering or leaving the area.
LITTER Only dog waste must be put in the dog bin provided. We ask that you take your own litter away with you.
ENVIRONMENT The field will be checked regularly, but we would be extremely grateful if you were to pick up any poo that other users may have missed. Please leave the field as you would wish to find it yourself.
Please be aware that the field is a natural environment and you will be sharing with wildlife that have made holes of their own – please walk carefully.
